Affiliate Program
It is easy to become our affiliate. All you need is your own website.
Once you register, we will provide you with our persuasive banner ads, articles and other marketing materials so that you can effectively present our product line to your contacts on your website. You simply add the Heart Wizard™ advertising and links to direct your visitors to our website.
When someone visits your website and clicks on our banner or link, they will be forwarded to our website and automatically identified as your referral. When your referral purchases any of the Heart Wizard™ products, you earn your commission. Our system keeps track on all your referrals.
As an affiliate, your only job is to refer new customers. Then, we take the responsibility of maintaining and keeping our clients satisfied. There is no further follow-up, customer or technical support for you to do. We provide it all!

Once we receive your application we will review it within 5 business days. If it meets the affiliate standards, you will receive an email notification. With the email notification you will receive a special link to download a W-9 form. Fill it out, sign and fax it to us at (360) 859-2410.
